At this time, Fashion Industry semakin berjaya di Indonesia. Setelah melewati perkembangan yang cukup pesat, dunia fashion Indonesia mendapat atensi yang getting bigger and bigger. Almost all of Indonesian people can mention a name of designer or fashion brand/label. A lot of people start to show the world how they wanted to express them self through fashion. And now you can find a lot of fashion magazine.
And then there is a fashion blogger. A lot of Indonesian people become a fashion blogger and that was one of a sign that Indonesian people love fashion Industry. One of the greatest Fashion Blogger in Indonesia is Jennifer Bachdim. I think, you who read this post, already know her. Yes! She is a wife of Irfan Bachdim, who currently living in Japan and still made a lot of good post about fashion, and Indonesia Fashion Industry too! So, because of i love her style and personality, saya menghubungi Jennifer dan memberikannya beberapa pertanyaan mengenai fashion dalam sesi wawancara kami. Here is our lil citchat :
1. Hi Jennifer, how are you? Can you tell me about your current activity?
Thank you I am fine. I am a fashion, beauty & lifestyleblogger plus mommy of two beautiful little kids and a loving wife.
2. Can you tell me, What thing that make you interest to be a fashion blogger?
First of all I always loved fashion, it was always very important to me to check the latest trends, read fashion magazines, trying out my own style and last year I thought why you shouldn't blog about it! I hoped my readers would love to get to know me and my personal style and maybe find some inspirations for her own style. Big topic was as well, that I wanted to connect again with my Indonesian followers because I've been missing Indonesia a lot
3. If you need to choose, be a fashion blogger or a model? And why?
I think at the moment I will choose fashion blogger, because it's so much fun, you can show your own style, you can connect with your readers, you're getting feedbacks from your readers and at the same time you are a model too, because you need to shoot your looks. That's why for me beeing a fashion blogger is simply perfect, I can be a model and a fashion blogger at the same time. Genius I think! :)
4. What do you feel about Indonesia Fashion industry this time?
I was so happy to be one of the official fashion blogger of the Indonesia Fashion Week 2015 and I really loved the fashion week. In Indonesia you have so many talented and gorgeous designers with great designs. I'm loving it that they mix indonesian traditional designs with fashionable & international designs.
5. Who is your fav designer? Why? (International or Indonesian)
International I'm loving the designer of Balmain, Olivier Rousteing and my favorite Indonesian Designer will be Bramanta Wijaya. I met him at the Indonesia Fashion Week and I love his collection he is a very talented Designer and a very charming one too.
6. What is your fav fashion item that you cant live without?
Oh that's taff to answer because I can mention only one. Well I think at the moment it will be my leather jacket. It's always perfect for every look and it makes every look so much more fashionable and trendy.
